CUSTOMIZE POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM

HINT:

The following items can be customized.

NOTICE:

  • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
  • Be sure to make notes of the current settings before customizing.
  • When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.

(a) Customizing with the Techstream

(1) Turn the power switch off.

(2) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(3) Turn the power switch on (IG).

(4) Turn the Techstream on.

(5) Enter the following menus: Customize Setting / Power Window.

(6) Select the setting by referring to the table below.

This function is used to close the windows by operating the mechanical key.

This function is used to close the windows using the electrical key transmitter sub-assembly.

This function is used to open the windows using the electrical key transmitter sub-assembly.

D Window Auto Up

This function is used to enable or disable the auto up function for the driver door window using the multiplex network master switch assembly.

Front power window regulator motor assembly LH

P Window Auto Up

This function is used to enable or disable the auto up function for the front passenger door window using the power window regulator switch assembly.

0:OFF,1:ON

Front power window regulator motor assembly RH

RR Window Auto Up

This function is used to enable or disable the auto up function using the rear power window regulator switch assembly (for Rear RH door).

Rear power window regulator motor assembly RH

RL Window Auto Up

This function is used to enable or disable the auto up function using the rear power window regulator switch assembly (for Rear LH door).

P Window Auto Up From Driver

This function is used to enable or disable the remote auto up function for the front passenger door window using the multiplex network master switch assembly.

This function is used to enable or disable the remote auto up function for the rear RH door window using the multiplex network master switch assembly.

This function is used to enable or disable the remote auto up function for the rear LH door window using the multiplex network master switch assembly.

(8) Select the setting by referring to the table below.
