INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 15 claws and 2 guides to install the radiator grille sub-assembly.

(b) Install the 2 outside moulding retainers.

(c) Install the 8 screws.

2. INSTALL HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL

3. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) for LED Type Side Turn Signal Light:

4. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

5. INSTALL NO. 3 ENGINE ROOM WIRE

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

7. ADJUST FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System)

HINT:

When only the radiator grille assembly is removed and reinstalled, it is not necessary to adjust the front television camera assembly (Such as when removing or installing the radiator grille in order to remove or install the headlight assembly).

8. PERFORM CALIBRATION (w/ Intelligent Clearance Sonar System)
