PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE

Even when the wireless charging system is turned on, the indicator does not illuminate green.

Proceed to "Wireless Charger Power Source Circuit"

When the wireless charging system is turned on, the indicator illuminates in green, but even when a portable device is placed in the charging area, the indicator does not illuminate in amber (charging does not start).

Check that the device being used is Qi-compatible.

When a case or accessory is attached to the device, check that the case or accessory is Qi-compatible.

Check that there is no gap between the Qi-compatible device, case or accessory and the charging area.

Check that there are no foreign objects between the Qi-compatible device, case or accessory and the charging area.

-

Check that the Qi-compatible device is not fully charged.

-

Check that the Qi-compatible device is near the center of the charging area.

-

Check that the charging area of the Qi-compatible device is facing down.

-

Check that there is no equipment in the surrounding area generating strong radio waves.

-

Check that there is only one Qi-compatible device in the charging area.

-

Check that the charging cable is not connected to the Qi-compatible device.

-

Check that the temperature around the Qi-compatible device is within the usable range.

Check that the portable device can be charged with another Qi-compatible charger.

-

Check that charging works with other Qi-compatible devices.

When the wireless charging system is turned on, the indicator illuminates in green. Afterward, when a portable device is placed in the charging area, the indicator illuminates in amber, but the indicator turns green before charging completes (charging does not complete).

Check that the Qi-compatible device is not moved outside the charging area.

Check that the temperature around the Qi-compatible device is within the usable range.

Check that there is no equipment in the surrounding area generating strong radio waves.

Even when the headlight dimmer switch assembly is set to TAIL or HEAD, the wireless charger switch nighttime illumination does not light up and the indicator does not dim.
