Use the following procedure to troubleshoot the automatic headlight beam level control system (for Triple Beam Headlight).

Initialization
INITIALIZATION NOTICE:
The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during headlight

If the 12-volt battery is discharged
The following procedures may be
used to start the hybrid system if the
vehicle's 12-volt battery is discharged.
You can also call your Lexus dealer
or a qualified repair shop.
Restarting the hybrid system
If you have a set of jumper (or booster)
cables and a second vehicle with a 12-
volt
Dtc Check / Clear
DTC CHECK / CLEAR CHECK DTC (a) Turn the power switch off. (b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3. (c) Turn the power switch on (IG). (d) Turn the Techstream on. (e) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / (desired system) / Trouble Codes. Body Electrical > Master Switch > Trouble Codes B
