PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER LH

*a | Component without harness connected (Separate Type Front Seat Cushion Cover LH (Front Seat Cushion Heater)) |
(a) Check the separate type front seat cushion cover LH (front seat cushion heater).
(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection | Condition | Specified Condition |
A-1 - A-4 | Seat cushion heater temperature 20°C (68°F) | 2.91 to 3.56 Ω |
B-1 - B-2 |
A-2 - A-3 | 5.05 to 7.45 kΩ |
If the result is not as specified, replace the separate type front seat cushion cover LH (front seat cushion heater).
2. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER RH
(a) Check the separate type front seat cushion cover RH (front seat cushion heater). (1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below. Standard Resistance: Tester Connection | Condition | Specified Condition | A-1 - A-4 | Seat cushion heater temperature 20°C (68°F) | 2.91 to 3.56 Ω | B-1 - B-2 | A-2 - A-3 | 5.05 to 7.45 kΩ | If the result is not as specified, replace the separate type front seat cushion cover RH (front seat cushion heater). | | *1 | Connector A | *2 | Connector B | *a | Component without harness connected (Separate Type Front Seat Cushion Cover RH (Front Seat Cushion Heater)) | | |
