CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS

CUSTOMIZE LIGHTING SYSTEM (INT)

NOTICE:

  • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
  • Record the current settings before customizing.

HINT:

The following items can be customized.

(a) Customizing with the GTS.

(1) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(2) Turn the power switch on (IG).

(3) Turn the Techstream on.

(4) Enter the following menus: Utility / Customize / (desired system).

(5) Select the setting by referring to the table below.

Changes the lighting time after closing all of the doors [it will fade out immediately when turning the power switch from off to on (ACC) or on (IG)].

A function that turns on the interior lights when the door is unlocked (the interior lights turn on when the map light switch and spot light switch are set to DOOR).

A function that turns on the room lights when the key is brought within the vehicle exterior detection area (the room lights turn on when the map light switch and spot light switch are set to DOOR).

Changes the interior foot lights control.

Function that turns on the door outside handle assembly (outside foot lights) when the vehicle is approached while carrying the key.

Function that turns on the door outside handle assembly (outside foot lights) when a door is unlocked with the electrical key transmitter or door lock switch of a door.

Function that sets the illumination time for the door outside handle assembly (outside foot lights).

Function to change the 2 steps fade out of light control. (outside foot light etc.)

Function to change the light on of exterior light (outside foot light etc.) control, when the door is open.

Customizing with the Multi-display

(a) Turn the power switch on (IG).

(b) Enter the following menus: Setup / Vehicle / Vehicle Settings / Vehicle Customization / Light Settings.

(c) Select the setting by referring to the table below.
