DESCRIPTION

If the hybrid vehicle control ECU receives a signal from the skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly) that the AWD system is malfunctioning, the hybrid vehicle control ECU outputs this DTC.

CHECK TIRE SIZE

(a) Check the tire sizes to ensure that the front and rear tire sizes are not different.

If different tire sizes are discovered, replace the tires so that the tire sizes are the same on all 4 wheels.

(b) Adjust the air pressure in the tires.

RECONFIRM DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs.

(b) Turn the power switch off.

(c) Turn the power switch on (READY).

(d) Drive the vehicle at a constant speed of 30 km/h or higher for several minutes.

(e) Check if the same DTC is output.
