Inspection after repair

Poor idle, engine start, etc.

Perform high voltage fuse accumulated load history reset

Absorber control ECU

Perform registration of vehicle identification information
  • Interrupts damping force control
  • DTCs are output

  • Tire pressure warning ECU and receiver

  • Transmitter ID registration
  • Initialization
  • When DTC detection conditions of "transmitter ID not received" DTC are met, tire pressure warning light blinks for 1 minute, and then illuminates.

  • Perform yaw rate and acceleration sensor zero point calibration

Yaw rate and acceleration sensor (Airbag ECU assembly)
  1. Clear zero point calibration data.
  2. Perform yaw rate and acceleration sensor zero point calibration.

Parking brake ECU assembly

Operate the electric parking brake switch (integration control and panel assembly)

Parking brake indicator light (red) blinks when the power switch is first turned on (IG).

for Power Tilt and Power Telescopic Steering Column:
  • Power steering ECU assembly
  • Electric power steering column sub-assembly

Perform torque sensor zero point calibration
  • DTCs are output
  • Steering effort different between turning steering wheel left and right

for Triple Beam Headlight:
  • Replacement of the rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH, removal and reinstallation of the rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH, replacement of the suspension, etc. have been performed.

Perform headlight ECU sub-assembly LH initialization

Wheel alignment adjustment
  1. Clear zero point calibration data.
  2. Perform yaw rate and acceleration sensor zero point calibration.
